The following situations may affect delivery:

⦁ The recipient refuses to accept the flowers or is unable to receive them at the designated address due to other reasons.
⦁ The commercial building/residential management office refuses to accept or does not allow entry of the delivery, and is unable to contact the recipient or orderer.
⦁ The address, recipient's name or phone number provided by the customer is incorrect, resulting in the inability to complete the delivery.

In the above circumstances, we will:

Take a photo to record that the bouquet has been delivered to the designated address and return the bouquet to our store for storage. Customers can pick it up within 48 hours or choose to pay the additional shipping fee to resend it.
